Privacy Policy
FlexWork, Inc. (“FlexWork,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) has prepared this Privacy Policy to describe our practices regarding the personal information (“Personal Information”) we collect when you sign up for a user account on our website, located at https://www.flexworkweb.com/. This policy applies to both individuals seeking work (“Developers” or “Talent”) and to agencies or companies (“Clients”) who register to access FlexWork Developer Leads (“FWDL”). If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service (“Service”).
FlexWork Developer Leads connects verified developers (“Talent”) who are open to work or projects with agencies or companies (“Clients”) seeking skilled professionals. We collect, store, and process Personal Information from both Talent and Clients to enable matching, communication, and service delivery. For Talent, we collect only the information necessary for inclusion in the verified developer database (e.g., name, contact email, LinkedIn profile, skills, country, and time zone). For Clients, we collect identifying information (e.g., name, company name, email address, country, and business role) to create an account, manage billing, and provide ongoing service and communication.
When a developer signs up for FlexWork Developer Leads, they are clearly informed that their professional details will be shared with registered agencies and companies (“Clients”) for the sole purpose of providing potential work or project opportunities. FlexWork, Inc. verifies that every developer included in our database has agreed to have their professional details shared with Clients seeking developers for paid work. Shared information includes professional contact details and relevant work-related data only (such as email address, LinkedIn profile, technical skills, country, and time zone). We do not share any sensitive personal data such as identification numbers, private addresses, or financial information. Developers may withdraw their consent and request removal from the database at any time by contacting contact-us (at) flexworkweb (dot) com.
FlexWork, Inc. uses your Personal Information to operate, maintain, and improve the FlexWork Developer Leads Service. Developer data is used solely for verifying, curating, and sharing verified leads with subscribed Clients in accordance with developer consent. Client data is used to manage accounts, process payments, and send service updates or lead deliveries. FlexWork, Inc. does not sell, rent, or lease any Personal Information to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our systems, analytics, or product offerings. We may also contact users through surveys or feedback forms to better understand user experience and satisfaction.
FlexWork, Inc. uses a limited number of trusted third-party service providers located in Japan, the United States, and Europe for hosting, analytics, payments, and customer support. These third parties may process limited Personal Information only to the extent required to provide their services. All third parties are contractually required to process Personal Information only in accordance with FlexWork’s instructions, comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws, and maintain appropriate security and confidentiality measures.
Both Developers and Clients can access, correct, amend, or delete their Personal Information by logging into their FlexWork account or contacting us directly. Requests for deletion will be processed promptly, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business interest (e.g., tax records, billing). Developers who have previously consented to sharing may withdraw their consent at any time. For all inquiries, contact contact-us (at) flexworkweb (dot) com.

Our data is hosted with Vultr and AWS, both of which maintain internationally recognized security certifications. You may opt out of non-essential emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of FlexWork communications.
