What is the purpose of collecting your Personal Information?

FlexWork, Inc. is a talent discovery platform for our “Talent” and “Clients”. Our service operates by matching “Talent” with Customers with job or project proposals. We collect, store and process information only from self registered users who have made the choice to use our services. We only collect information which is essential to the provision of those services, specifically that which is required for the operation of our matching algorithm. In respect to Users Personal Information, “Clients” obtain access to personal information only when “Talent” decides to send details. Where users match to or interact with one of FlexWork, Inc.’s “Clients” following a match on our Service, our Customer’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy, will apply to onward processing of your personal information.

How your data will be used?

FlexWork, Inc. collects your Personal Information for internal personal accounts only.. FlexWork, Inc. does not allow database search or in-platform broadcast or any other way of accessing users Personal Information other than through our matching algorithm. FlexWork, Inc. does not sell, rent or lease the collected Personal Information to any third parties. FlexWork, Inc. may contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current Services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Onward transfers

FlexWork, Inc. uses a limited number of third-party providers in Japan, the US and in Europe to provide data hosting services and to help to perform usage statistical analysis, customer support and technical operations. FlexWork, Inc. shares the Personal Information with these third-party providers to support FlexWork, Inc.’ Services only. All third-party providers receiving Personal Data agree to (i) process the Personal Data only to the extent required by FlexWork, Inc. Personal Information is stored on servers maintained by Vultr server solutions and AWS and subject to their security safeguards which are continuously audited, with certifications from accreditation bodies across geographies and verticals.
