Developers understand that their professional information (such as name, email, LinkedIn, skills, and region) may be shared with registered Clients for the purpose of potential project or work opportunities.

FlexWork, Inc. provides the Website and Services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous access, accuracy of information, or the availability of any specific developer or client.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexWork, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website or Services. FlexWork, Inc. does not guarantee employment or project placement through the Service.
